Trade 360 by Drip Capital was designed to help global traders grow easily through tools designed for cross-border trade. The platform also supports networking and connects them with verified, industry-specific buyers and sellers.

Collaborative Teamwork & Holistic Research

To better understand these users and their unmet needs beyond finance, we conducted interviews with 5 global traders currently using Drip’s financing services across India, Mexico, and the USA. In parallel, we organised cross-functional workshops with key stakeholders, including the Marketing Director, Growth Director, Head of Product, Tech Leads, and Head of Engineering. These sessions helped align internal perspectives and gather strategic input on product direction.
